Processing
===========
The handle is made largely from stable-quality and burr-free plastic.
Rattled the D700er model the wheel of the tripod screw still quite strong, I can find no match in MK-D16 now: Neither knobs, dials or joystick offer here cause for criticism.
The pressure point of the trigger, as already mentioned by other reviewers compared with the camera a bit different because it pretty crisp in two stages responding (focusing, triggering).
Personally, I prefer the softer feel and verwacklungsresistentere the camera before though, but can make friends with the crisp pressure point also.
Building
======
Since many have criticized the position of the dials on the original, I want to stress that this is absolutely fine on Reverse Engineering. As usual the body, these were not admitted too far inside or outside and are thus easily accessible.
A minor complaint here is more than the lack of rubber wheels, making it difficult to operate with wet fingers. The pure plastic is something in such a case slippery.
Was also raised before the not very tight fit of the battery in the associated rail, resulting in a slight rattle when you move the camera. Who is bothered by it, but it can certainly help out, or the like with a piece of felt.
Tripod plate
=========
The thread of the handle is connected directly to an inwardly extending about 2.5 cm wide metal plate and should cater to a tripod for an absolutely secure hold.
Camera belt constructions, which are equipped with tripod screw, but I would probably not recommend it because of the plastic threaded connection between the camera and the metal plate, because the entire camera weight then depends on the plastic of the handle. A picture can be found in the customer photos.
Here would be guessing then definitely to a tripod plate on the lens.
Handling
==========
Unfortunately, the replica has not taken over the deep and well-grip handle of the camera body. However, since can boast neither the original nor other providers so, I take this time not as a disadvantage.
Instead, it has a comparable ergonomics, such as the handle of D700 and D800. Bad this is by no means - just not quite as handy as many owners love the D750 as on the camera itself.
But if you have accustomed times on the handle, you will also appreciate this and no longer perceive the difference in time quite so violently.
The controls are easy to reach and the camera is generally very safe in their hands.
In portrait mode, it has now become indispensable for me any more in any case.
If the MB-D10 was still much improved in my handling of the D700 in landscape mode, I can do this because of the improved grip design of the D750 is no longer necessarily argue. Even the little finger is very pleasant on the body without handle.
Persons extended grip surface here are probably very large hands but appreciate.
Power Consumption
=============
An issue that still deters many potential customers from buying, will be the problem that the handle in some buyers whose battery sucks disproportionately fast.
I can not confirm this absolutely and rate every buyer, the product just one week more closely on this issue to watch out - and to make the positive case from the right of return.
My handle consumes definitely no unnecessary energy and the Energy Management forth good with the camera even comparable. Within a week, an estimated 1 to 2% are consumed with me without using what is more likely be due to the battery self-discharge.
In practice, the consumption was after 14 hours of marriage and about 650 images according to the menu at 60%. Adventitious the Nikkor 70-200 VR II was basically connected and the VR active.
The parallel used and roughly equivalent used D700 with its original MB-D10 was left with only 30%.
However, was not even to provide here with the 35mm prime lens, a VR.
Conclusion
====
Those who are not prepared to finance the original handle and according to numerous reports still wants access to comparable quality and increased handling in vertical shooting, can acquire without hesitation to Meike replica in my opinion.

Note on 04/19/2015:
Now during a wedding, I could see that the trigger something hakelte / hung twice. While this is at about 650 trips made not too serious, but keep in mind.
