I use this tablet primarily for drawing and writing lengthy calculations (physics studies) on the computer in OneNote, and the like. The tablet works fine in OneNote, writings and invoices look due to the pressure sensitivity supported all very good. For most of this tablet is for such projects probably too oversized, but I had after a long letter on the much smaller Intuos'13 with the much thinner pen often cramps wrist that occurred when Pro M until much later.
Drawings can also be a lot less complicated to customize compared to smaller Intuos (or even the mouse), where it was necessary because of the size, to draw anything using the wrist. Add to that the phenomenal feel of thicker pin, and the very fine print sensitivity and the large number of functions that you can put on all the buttons on the left edge. The wheel, as the zoomed or the levels may be changed, however, seems to me somewhat imprecise, this is why I almost never use. For the same reason I use nor the touch function, even if that can be handy sometimes.
The allegations of the rapid wear of pencil leads and the tablet surface are understandable, but very easily remedied by block sheets or the like are placed on the canvas. Thus, the functionality of the tablet due to the operation of the pin is not limited, however, this is the character feeling appreciably change. It feels for all paper grades that I have tried, much less harsh on what I like personally, but that's just my opinion. Perhaps there is one type of paper, where it is still a bit different.
What I liked less, the driver issues and squabbling in other programs from time to time occur. It so happens (now only very rarely) provides that the Wacomdienst crashes, which manifests itself mostly in the loss of pressure sensitivity and special functions noticeable. This can be remedied through the service is restarted under Windows services, however, is annoying. Also annoying are the occasionally occurring dropouts in programs like OneNote where, strangely enough, the hands are no longer in the program window "enters", so just stops at the edge of the window, which can be resolved mostly by restarting the program (with the mouse by the way no problems). In Photoshop and other drawing programs there has never been, however fortunately problems, so this could just lie to OneNote.
However, by and large, I am very satisfied with the purchase and recommend it to all, but which could live with those problems, which are likely to be at some point safely resolved by the (fairly frequent) updates.
