This USB Hub is delivered in an environmentally and customer friendly cardboard packaging. This can be easier to get inside without aids. It comes with the USB Hub, a support plate, a power adapter, a USB cable and a German manual.
The processing of USB hubs makes at first sight a very high-quality impression. The casing feels good; Everything is rounded; there are no sharp edges or corners. The black / matt surface looks visually good, there are no scratches or scuffs. On both sides of the housing, a white lettering EasyAcc printed.
The Hub is first placed on a stable support plate. The 4 mounted on the bottom rubber feet provide a stable and non-slip on the table. These are really handy; other equipment without rubber feet slip constantly back and forth.
On the back is the power-on button. Once this is activated, a small blue LED lights on the front of the chassis. This signals the operational unit.
On the back there are 3 USB ports on the front 4 USB ports, in total there are 7 USB ports. The sockets are processed accurately, the charging cable can tuck easily and pull out. The USB connection socket for PC and the power supply socket located on the back.
Especially practical:
The USB Hub can also be used ideal for charging mobile phones, tablets and so on. The individual USB ports provide enough power. Using a suitable measuring instrument I could an output current of 1.94 amperes, measured at an output voltage of 4.97 volts (see photo). That's a very good value. With cheap USB hubs this is not possible, since the voltage at the high amperage collapses quickly. According to the manual up to 5 amps charging current can be taken simultaneously at the 7 USB sockets.
The power cord is long enough: about 120cm; the sufficient.
The USB cable connecting the hub and the PC is 100cm long.
Conclusion:
For me, this USB hub is a handy tool on the desk. I can connect and charge multiple devices simultaneously. The heavy plate ensures a strong and stable state.
