This year there are rather a mix of Yves V, which is about 80 minutes, no fewer than six sets of different DJs, each having a length of about 23 minutes (which can be about 50 seconds per mix for the Tomorrowland intro Pull). This is very good in my eyes, that way you have the opportunity to listen to different styles.
The sets are each distinctly different and they all have a high quality. Positive noticed to me that there is probably no track that is present in more than a mix.
Concerns should be that the digital version of each completely contains the mixes as MP3 file so that there are no interruptions during playback. On the CD, however, tracks are stored individually (without interruption), so that jumping between tracks is possible. The fact that, however, each about 33 tracks are on the first two CDs, many are rather short.
However, this varies from mix to mix. So Hardwell plays his tracks quite long off (the shortest is Kill The Buzz - Carbon with 03:13 minutes) during the longest track Freak with 2:15 is in the mix of Steve Aoki.
The mixes I like very much and are mostly very balanced. The exception here rather the mixes of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Steve Aoki, which felt to Banger Banger strings. However, this is not unusual and is closer to what we know of them.
On CD 3 tracks are unmixed, ie saved as on a normal CD. These tracks are all about often played classic. The tracks are good, but the fact that they are more likely to be classics, mostly already have multiple redundant by other compilations in the collection, so this CD in my eyes is more of an appendage as a reason to buy. On the other hand, some of these classics a good contrast to the, mostly current tracks that are included in the sets of the first two CDs, represents.
The CDs are packaged in a booklet as the sheath. This booklet contains to each of the artists who contributed a mix, two sides with the tracklist to mix and two paintings by the artist on the Tomorrowland. For there is a 3 CD Track List in the same presentation with two images of the crowds. In addition, there are two pages with the Credits to all tracks and per year (except 2013) two pages with pictures and in 2013 four sides. The pictures show quite impressive, as the festival has grown continuously.
The whole is still in a paper on which the world tour of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike in 2015 and on the back for a vote for DV & LM at this year's Top 100 DJ Poll of DJ Mag advertised.
Otherwise, I have to say for processing that, although a quality image, but I received from Amazon twice a specimen with a faulty deep embossing. The deeply embossed sites clearly shows that there sometimes the color is missing something and it looks more like scratched. I found it not so bad now and have decided, therefore, the second copy (which was less badly damaged) to keep.
Conclusion: For people like me, are interested in (good) Continiuous mix, this compilation is highly recommended. Who it but rather comes to individual titles, should see if he can cover better than other compilations this not necessary.
