And now what effect the flippers with me (experienced freestyle swimmer with technical weaknesses):
- It comes very quickly through the water and quickly out of breath -> good training effect
- You can tell by three strokes, that you will be brought up to a proper Freestyle kicking (mainly of the hip). That was my main reason to buy and works without much intervention.
- It has enough pace to breathe clean with technical exercises can and feel good water resistance (eg, swimming in side position without arm stroke)
- Suddenly one manages a Delphi kicking, which brings a clear forward
Conclusion:
The ratio price / performance, the use ways the fun and personal improvement, I'm thrilled. And even though I'm not a fan of training toys and colleagues always belächle something that come with the travel bag to the pool and the entire training with different helpers swim (preferably with Pullbuoy, large paddles and 2: 10min to 100m).
I recommend the training fins anyone who does not match the floating types "walkers".
