Photo quality: OK, my starting material but is already ten years old, Practical handling: I only know this device. But I am very satisfied! You can see the film strip through the stuck sled slide in the device and does not need for each strip open / close / push the device to slide. If the photo has the correct position, you press "record", then on "Save" and then moves on to the next photo. Before you could even determine brightness, color (red, green, blue) and the orientation (left-Rech and top-down) change. Really a lot of you do not recognize on the screen, unfortunately, but the colors are quite ok The beauty takes me too long anyway. Individual photos I would possibly. Scan a second time to check the computer and edit. Or use an image editing program. When a film is scanned, I transfer via USB cable the photos to your computer (for each film its own label), then moves on to the next movie. Goes pretty fast. There is an SD card slot and a TV output. After removing the SD card you have to restart the device each new, so I use the USB cable. For slides and films, there are extra carriages which I have not yet tried.
