In short, ....
The TV is an absolute board! A big board! Good sound & Best Picture! Good features!
The old TV had gone. An old Gericom plasma Dino the first generation with 400W and 42 mm image without HDMI port and without coax / optical sound output without satellite receiver! Is not more today! (What those were for days when you had `NEN 35cm b / w tv with 3 channels .... * fg *)
He must have ...
All DVB Receiver. (Satellite, cable, Terra, ... everything in it. For every corner of Germany which thereby)
3x HDMI (4 would be better, but 3 are minimum)
Large Image, min 50 inch (The 60 "he is building a total of 140 cm wide, 5 meters in pitch already mandatory)
Integrated CI + module (Will not Extra Receiver for HD)
Smart TV with Watch Ever
So felt two years researched until I bought a new TV. In the end it was the LG plasma 60PH6608.
Everything else was only once a minor matter. But first to my tested Details:
Bought at Amazon, supplied by Hermes. Here I can only express a huge praise. Set the desired date, delivery by truck. Appointment was Fridays from 13:00 & 18:00 clock, at 16:00 clock the suppliers were there, absolutely perfect!

Absolutely brilliant! The TV has massive settings, but you have to take the time. There are really many. So far, I find the suitable image setting "Vivid". Too bright and too artificial. So at least my subjective perception. ECO Mode, which 20Watt consumption do not care. The image has very good contrast, black level for my eye perfectly. The point of view is convincing, no matter from which angle Anyway, you always have an image with full colors. Without me noticing the number of degrees you can almost cross the televisions and you can see everything!
XBOX 360 via HDMI
Pornööös! I been playing quite a lot and a lot of different games. The picture is very sharp, neither streaks, motion blur or similar image disorders have ever seen. If a game which> = 50 FPS brings, then you see the well. Whether Forza 4 / Horizon or GTA 5, everything is super smooth. So gaming should always be. No comparison with the old Gericom.
Philips Bluray via HDMI:
Brilliant! Directly at the beginning of the Bluray boxes Star Wars and Lord of the Rings looked! MOOOOONSTRÖS GEIL! I felt like in the movies! And these details !! I love HD !! No motion blur or otherwise. Compared to the old Gericom are as worlds!
The picture of satellite receivers is razor sharp on HD, there's for me no defects. Felt running The SD channels "extremely fluid". Whether this is due to the 600Hz, I do not know. Is definitely getting used to.

LANGUAGES:

As mentioned by other reviewers, the sound drops out quite thin. Clear, thin design because there are no space for Voluminous bass speaker. But as far as very clear, so far no scratching or noise.
Optical Output:
The audio output from the TV can be realized through normal speakers, or via the optical output. (Can be under Settings / Sound switch) When connected to a 5.1 Harman Kardon is the real as cinema at home.
Setting ability "Clear Voice":
Brilliant! With this feature, I could only start anything. But who looks like and many movies will no doubt have noticed that in some feature films are the "voice passages" still relatively quiet and you do especially up the volume so you can hear what to be subsequently torn by "Acitonszenen" from the rest, because the TV except the boxing roars! This feature separates apparently the frequencies and amplifies the voice of the protagonists, and at the same time reducing the volume of different sound effects! There's a total of 7 steps, from -3 to 0 to +3. For me, very, very helpful.

Smart TV & Media Player:
---------
Works well. I wanted to Watch Ever look directly through the TV, without going through Xbox or PC. Once entered account data, the TV stores the and loads it automatically at login. The image quality differs depending on the film and Internet connection, from which is well known. I am satisfied, but a 3000 DSL line and the D-Link parts with max. 15 Mbit restrict myself already quite a because I have yet to mend itself.
Interierter Media Player:
The works perfectly, everything has played what I've given to the TV via USB. A * .mkv or .mp4 * 1080p and 5.1 sound, .... PERFECT! Charging time very, very low, a 5GB file is in max. 5sec loaded and running "smoothly". Even the MP4 movies, 60FPS which one takes on the GOPRO running absolutely perfect on the TV! Perfectly! So far, the television recognized all 32GB USB flash drives and hard drives that I had at home.
Integrated Recorder:
You can see the digital program using the "Guide" button and can be programmed and begin its request broadcasts. Works "almost" perfect, as the recording starts offset a few seconds to take forward. But if unfortunately, during the movie an "exclusive news story" appearing times, recording programming hears possibly a few seconds too early to be missing possibly even the end of a film. Is so far only occurred once. If you can receive a film but you look these channels on your TV. If you want to switch, breaks the TV from the reception. But you can take the same time and look over HDMI games or movies, you can.
Recording can also be HD channels, the private sector but where one receives via the HD + card are blocked, due to copy protection. Whether that is on TV or on the "standard" HD + card, I have to find out.
Anyway, I have the TV a hard drive with USB 2.0 500GB donated, this is set up by the TV as a data storage and formatted. The hard drive is then no longer recognized on the PC (WIN-7, Prof.).
DVB-S2 Receiver:
As for satellite technology, I am an absolute Noop! When setting up over 2000 channels where the HD channels and were where to find the normal SD channels My TV indicated, took a while. But if I'm something accomplished here, I'm going to make further amendments.
The device is processed as far as quality, I really like. Expected criticism is the Wobbly foot of TVs. But if the television is, then he is. In any case "should" to be at least two or three to build the giant monster and put to. I write aware "should" because I have tried it on my own and I've had this extremely distressed.
The remote control is now not the kick. Blind operation is "so far" not yet possible, I verdrücke constantly. And sometimes the buttons do not always react to a slight pressure, then you would have to press harder times. Bugging me a bit if you have to press twice.
Power consumption is secondary for me, because the TV does not work with me around the clock and the device is a pure Sparfuchs compared to my old Gericom. The 20-year power consumption compared to a LED make the "Bock net fat!"
I can not say anything negative about the evolution of heat so far also. Clear an electrical appliance is warm, power loss you always. But nothing compared to a plasma of the first generation, the need properly power and should be compared with storage heaters.

EDIT 20:01:14
ABOUT THE SMART TV.
Currently there seems to be a software problem in relation to Watch Ever. I mean, television NOT UPDATE!
My luck was that I have due to the size of the update (> 500MB, laame Internet connection) rejected the update. 5 days later I got from Ever Watch a server mail, I do not want to patch my TV with this update!
Usual bla bla ... .... "We will contact you once the issue is resolved by the manufacturer ..."
Just for info

MY CONCLUSION:
----------
----------
The envious glances of the neighbors are guaranteed when the TV is unloaded outside the house, (The box is huge). Each of my visits was the picture of the TV genial, and refused to believe that the huge debris less than 1000 costs.
Whether a Samsung or Panasonic is better in picture / sound / equipment, me personally "Latte". If you like Zockt and watching movies, is on HD and want to have a huge TV for 'nen narrow Taler, is the right place. The TV can be almost anything, and he may very well .... With NEM RIIIIESEN picture !!!
