I have used this fan now for two years, but only rarely. Unfortunately I have to confirm what other reviewers have noted here in relation to the volume: 1. The fan has an annoying type of construction and base volume is actually to bear only in stage 1. The small rotor needs a high speed and generated by interacting with the housing grids a distinct hum. 2. After relatively low life now is also a rattling noise, depending on level and angular position. Obviously, inferior bearings are installed, which wear out quickly.
Furthermore, the tap changer is such a miserable place in the grip that you rankommt only from behind and this is almost the finger breaks. The switching on and off is a pain when you stand in front of the fan. How to Push this switch when the fan is mounted on the wall, is completely unclear to me.
