I just got it. instruction in English and then? it just works not need instructions. noisy indeed but especially the size that bothers me because I have to take it with me every day in my classroom, by cons, considering the price, this will suffice, and it filled its function very well. 2nd flat, the power cable is very short, it works great against my brand new mac and no need to buy any cable comes with.
