The clumsy and lourdaude mouse as a char on the desktop. After a few months she fell down. After many tedious steps, it's been 3 weeks since I expect a change or repair ... but the service (for Europe!) Do not answer. and I read similar comments ... too fragile ... For a mouse of this price is unacceptable.
