I do not know what more can I do.

I have bought a new Nero burning program to have me 11 Platinum and especially Blu-ray Disc play what is supposed to go 11 Platinum Nero.
So everything installed, then first tried to start without update Nero Kwik Media, this was not possible because getting an error message came with number and "Try to restart the program." The tried several times without success.
So then first pulled out all the updates and install.
Then started Nero Kwik Media, it oohh runs. Blu-ray disc is inserted and started, first registered the Blu-ray service from a third party.
PC again driven down-up and once Blu-ray disc is trying to play, Pustekuchen not running.
Error message: Only one Blu-ray disc are played, please exit the other application.
Toll I only have a Blu-ray drive and of the yes I want to watch the movie and there is no other application that attempts to play the Blu-ray Disc.
Make now for 3 weeks with the support of Nero around without success.
Have now also new update pulled "What should I make loud Email from Nero Support" and installed, but still have the same error message.
Have the support on already log files sent from my system and operationally when I Nero Kwik Media Create up to the error.
But I have a feeling that have no idea and can not admit it or what I know.
