The "construction" simply connecting and 3 screws was not abspruchsvoll much.
The attachment, which probably most sensitive to the story, but also the advantage over door frame structures, has required a trip to the hardware store. But I would not have left me anyway on any 8 dowels. When hardware store are nice books from where you can look up which anchors one of which walls need and what is the maximum force (or weight) can wear this. I live in an old building (BJhr 1920) and have accordingly old brick walls, crumbling in places and with its own character. However, too thick durchzubohren to complete once and fasten a bolt from the chin-up bar-opposite side. So I looked up what the hardware store for anchor is at brick walls need (12mm expansion anchor with at least 10mm screws Capacity per 100kg). So I feel on the safe side (leverage etc). In addition, I have the holes even with Dipsausgefüllt, thus ensuring nothing can break out. Allow to dry for 1 day and for a few weeks I turne as a young lad on the chin-up bar around and it keeps me.
So I can only recommend the bar, for a lower price you can get really nothing else and the dowels and screws have cost 3, but this is dependent on the own wall that is necessary for an attachment.
