I use it mainly for my hair and I must say that I'm really excited about diesm product. My hair has turned completely soft. You do not stick and Richen delicious. I actually like the smell of coconut, not so much, but this product report very pleasant and not at all intrusive. I leave the oil overnight as a cure act and then wash my hair in the morning and they are really very soft and feel healthy. After drying, I used a small amount of the I rub my hands and then I point on the hair lengths, thus they shine beautifully and no longer are there from so many small Häärchen. (!! But really very little !!) So I'm really excited and would buy it again. But the amount will be enough even for a while ... :-)
