Time delivery and perfect packaging .... it's really the only positive thing! Certe subject is not expensive, it deserve to cost a few euros more and be better bill. Heather poor well as it burns in the second puff, despite the precautions of use in seasoning (I smoke a pipe for over forty years!) traces of coarse filler product to correct the defects of wood. The hard rubber tube does not remain attached to the furnace ... falling consistently when you slightly tilt the head down ... it's a bit annoying right ?? Finally, after contact with the customer service, they reply that they are not the manufacturer, and they do not check the products ... all without offer it would be a commercial gesture or just an exchange !!! I would recommend both the product but also the seller !!!! we should not simply market this kind of manufacturing.
