I then started with a Manfrotto 492. This thing is a toy and now ekes out his
Existence on a monopod. For this he is really well suited.
Then came a Manfrotto 494 of inspired me little.
Then now a Manfrotto 496, which is quite powerful already, and unfortunately still no
(Sold separately) is ascertainable panoramic level.
I like not at all especially the Manfrotto quick-change system. Is me "fiddly" and to
the 496 you have to open the mandatory locking. So you need finger dexterity or 2 hands.
Well, enough about the competition.
The Triopo B-2 does exactly what I expect from him.
Butterweich adjustable, separately identifiable panoramic level.
Visually, I find quite managed it.
Haptic mang you like to touch it.
The quick-change system tells me to correct.
Since I can deal well with and the camera sits firmly.
Loading / Unloading camera goes really fast.
I now have a couple of hours of thought to the head and am very satisfied.
Sample as video pans with (converted) 300mm lens go surprisingly well.
If you hold the camera at the end very briefly yet, there is no slipping back.
Of course, with an arm for films missing, but the head is not even thought of.
I tried it only once - was so soft otherwise only the large Linhof head.
A little surprised me the "velvet" - this is in purple ... unusual .. and he stinks.
The screw for friction I personally find something too easy.
For my Nikon V1 is set correctly, the screw adjusted very easily when packing in the bag.
A manual is missing and unfortunately an Allen wrench for the tripod plate not included.
The manufacturer should love omit this somewhat strange smelling bag :)
All in all it remains nevertheless at a well deserved 5 stars.
I hope I'm long and much pleasure with "him" ... because my friend who is "it" now.
