Therefore I ordered directly 1kg of it and a matching book to where it comes to healing with Lapacho tea and since I drink every day 2-4 liters of it. 'I AM' excited because I feel better since me and my bladder is gone. Of course, you might think this is due to the amount of flow that I drink, and not to the tea but that's not true, because I have also previously been drinking every day between 3-4 liters of water and fruit juice and inflammation remained. My urologist advised me pomegranate juice but that did not seem to work properly, and I have problems with my sensitive stomach get (heartburn), as this juice is very sour.
The Lapacho tea'm remarkably well and I will prepare him to me as described on the package to:
2-3 tablespoons (ie approx 1 tablespoon to 1 liter of water) in the bark about 2 liters of cold water in an enamel pot (is recommended as stainless steel reacts with the crust while cooking and many good qualities are thus probably destroyed) Heat until it cooks (bubbles / bubbles rise) - then let cook for 5 minutes and then I will let him 20 minutes and then pour it to him then you better be able to fill in my glass jug, which I then pass through a sieve into a enamel milk pot with spout a warmer with a tea light Warm. I then started a short time to prepare my fresh ginger with the Lapacho along where I just about a 3-5 cm piece ginger cut into slices and then cook according to the 5 minutes to give the tea and 20 minutes draw with leave. How much ginger and how long you can take this with everyone must itself find best for themselves out. Since the tastes of me Lapacho tea even better because he just not quite as neutral to "boring" tastes like before. Which does not mean that he was not tasted before, but in the long run, the taste is a bit "boring". One can also enjoy the Lapacho tea super cold. Best of Lapacho tea should be drunk unsweetened to unfold its full effect, however, if someone wants him sweet I recommend brown candy or cold whipped honey. I like the brown candy like.
I would also like here in addition say that was recommended to me by a friend of Jiaogulan tea.
As I dealt in detail with this, I was just as surprised as on the Lapacho tea. The Jiaogulan tea is known in Asia as the "herb of immortality" and continues to gain popularity as I found out. Do not shy away from that of Jiaogulan as a "novel food", and was therefore classified as not suitable for consumption! This is due, in my view, solely on bureaucracy and commercial sources who do not want the these consume to be healthy, but prefer to use other preparations than tea we washed that money into the coffers.
Both teas I drink since every day and my well-being and the energy that I feel have improved markedly.
I can only advise all a closer to deal with these two teas and to make their own experience, an idea of the effect of these teas.
God bless you all
