I needed a lapel microphone to perform interviews, but have no need for a high-quality or expensive equipment. That's what this microphone, discreet and efficient at a very reasonable price. A good complement to my mp3. So why not a higher rating? Because its quality is basic, and I prefer to give more stars to a product with the highest quality. In fact, it seems to miss the market an affordable microphone that offers a real plus quality sound recording, because what is given to my research, it's either this type of response first prize (but respectable), or the very professional equipment that costs much more.
