On the new Blu-ray audio to the purchaser of the album also all published maximum and remixed versions of the then coupled out as singles tracks plus some new bonus tracks. There remain thus for the buyer nothing to be desired.
Optional three different stereo (2.0) audio formats are selected on the disc.
Prerequisite for the use and evaluation of this (new) audio medium is a high quality audio system in any case. But then the buyer will receive this publication certainly a sound reference - especially when you consider the age of the original recording.
Unfortunately I can not answer the crucial question for me: Sounds this Blu-ray audio better than the parallel published and also remastered CD and so justifies the higher price?
Subjectively, I think rather no and assume that the new remastered CD of "nightclubbing" reference level is reached!
Another minor technical drawback of the Blu-ray Audio: To set the tone format, the purchaser must always switch on also the connected TV or projector - even if the image is then not required or used.
One thing I miss but then painfully:
The mixing of the album in a Dolby Digital 5.1 format. Just that I would have on such a Blu-ray Audio expect!
Give 'why and also because of the high purchase price, I "only" 4 ****.
Musically-content would be 5 ***** too little ......
