I bought this for my fanny pack sports in the gym because I hate it simply, sports pockets to have full and I wanted to do well no large fanny pack a'la Eastpack me. What can I say? The bag is moisture-repellent (not waterproof!), What sweat during normal sporting absolutely OK. For space: playing sports I need only the membership card (debit card size) and musical motivation my phone - a Samsung Galaxy S4, so a slightly larger unit - - Both fit together very well in the pocket, even if it is at the beginning requires a little practice to stow it. - The closure is secure and never walked so far on unintentionally (I use the bag for about 3 months, 3 times a week). - The bag is visually discreet - Bothers neither rowing, cycling and even strength training (such as bench press).
From me a clear recommendation, if you're looking for a small sports bag for the absolute essentials. Who but something waterproof or something investigated, where even a keychain etc. can become part, should choose something larger.
