Ideal for yoga!

This mat is super. It is thick, thereby soft and comfortable. In yoga you sink with the feet or hands, a good and does not slip away I'm thrilled. I wanted to order me almost an expensive non-slip yoga towel where I would have still used a mat. The Physionics I saved money and am totally satisfied. Eignent itself as a massage pad, not too soft and not too hard.
