The operation is mostly self-explanatory, I had to actually insert the included CD only for explanations for DAB reception to read the relevant chapter.
But here I have to ask why you have to be eigenlich owned a PC with CD-ROM drive if you want to take a new radio in operation. It is actually still people who refuse to give a PC or on your notebook does not have the drive to retrieve everything in the cloud.
If already paper is wasted, then please puts a Quick Start Guide in, with which you can do something and in which not only is how to connect running speaker cable and the power cord plugged into the wall socket - no joke just as a guide the delivery was. Instead of the CD, it would also have sufficient mitzugeben a reference to an internet link to the extended instructions on eg a pad download.

I had for some months temporarily "trailer" or "chirping" listening to the radio, similar to a CD kapputten. At first I thought this is the poor DAB reception. However, as this occasionally in recent days also occurs when analogue radio and even when listening to CDs, I type in the meantime to a defect on the amplifier.
Fortunately, this is still occurred within the warranty period, so I'll return the DENON at Amazon for repair. I hope this remains an isolated case and is not the result of a product design error. I am otherwise still satisfied and want the Denon can still use a few years.

When returning the DENON to Amazon showed very accommodating and offered me a place to repair credit. This I took to and invested in the Onkyo CS-265DAB for comparable price. I do not regret the exchange. Significantly better reception properties and a pleasant small remote control.
