If it fails to pennies?

Recently, we already had a different system from Philips (PET 7432) ordered that we had to return due to a technical error however. The newly purchased is Philips PD7042 differs only in a few points and is in total equal to good.

Positive the PD7042 is that both devices can play separately or can be operated via the supplied connection cable each as master or slave. That was not possible with the PET 7432. There was only one master and one slave. Operating the PD7042 is a bit more comfortable.

On the downside, the PD7042 is inferior image resolution. The screen feels a bit rough, but the kids do not care. A well-known problem that affects all seemingly manufacturer series, are much too short screws supplied.
