If not fully USB3 against for micro USB type B

No proper review because I do not own the product, but a clear warning for Spec! However, I have the Thinkpad8 and the last hours needed to understand why my similar USB3 OTG cable funktionniert only in speed USB2!

Here the cable is marketed as 3 USB host for Thinkpad 8, but with Micro USB 3.0 type B (according to details).
And Lenovo has clearly stated that only the Micro USB 3 type A are full speed USB3 permit.
