After I found about the bird-search function that the EFW 8245 for my TV is the right, I have the support (incl. Cable channel) at Amazon ordered and received the customary speed.
Fortunately, I was not going that topic demolish quickly, because otherwise I would have annoyed me right in the following days.
The first Sunday I wanted ever mount the brackets on the back of my TVs. Here, unfortunately, I had to realize that none of the screws fit sets. The thread on the back of my TV set was too large.
Since I did not want to give up, I went to the home of the bird. Having found no contact or service function, I moved to the area for business customers, where there was an e-mail address. To this e-mail address, I then sent an email and described my problem. The next morning, I had my answer. A suitable ServiceKit was on his way to me.
The following Friday came unfortunately at first to a false "ServiceKit". In the "ServiceKit" is the way to nothing more than to screw internally threaded like a screw is screwed into the thread too much, so that the diameter becomes smaller and fit the smaller screws.
I wrote out the company that had sent the ServiceKit again an email in which I explained that we had unfortunately missed while packing the kit. They wanted to send me a M4 / M6 and an M5 / M8 Kit ... but unfortunately I had twice sent the M4 / M6 kit. Another week later I finally get the right ServiceKit. In DIY you not get anything by the way. Now everything was fine and I could go on.
A few days later, I carried out together with a friend, the actual wall mounting.
The biggest problem is to think rationally how high the TV is hanging and how that affects on the wall later. In retrospect, I would hang him the next time a bit higher ... but that one must learn to stop.
With a little craftsmanship and reasonable tool wall bracket and cable duct are a few minutes on the wall. Incl. Discussions, drilling and screwing it took us about 30 minutes and looks good, without which we are craftsmen.
For this part of the Assembly but really requires two people. I do not know how you should do it alone.
The cabling for guidance went a few days later very loosely by hand. You have a bit of trial and error how much game you have to let the cables before binding so that it in no position pulls the plug. But this is actually getting when you bind cables to moving elements. In my case, I run three HDMI cable and the power cable through the aperture in the Kabelkabal.
The iris I had in mind arge whether the hold under the train. Once you but mounted on the wall, keeps the whole really good. I had nothing to stick or similar ..
The plastic parts look cheap haptic. Once all but hanging on the wall, only counts the optics and is very valuable.
Since there is only one product review here, the mount comes off well with me, because the actual product really met my expectations.
The point deduction, there are for not-sufficient product policy of the manufacturer. If a manufacturer is a relatively expensive wall mount for TV types explicitly releases, then I expect that this is accompanied by a check. But that can not have been the case here, because otherwise appropriate screws and / or adapter would indeed have been included in the delivery.
Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. Therefore, the good rating.
