The picture quality is really excellent: The TV is a depth of field that indeed seems almost unnatural, but is fun.
Upon receipt of signals in conventional quality, with fast movements a little clouding is visible at the edges, but less than in most other devices.
Annoying as ever with Philips equipment is the bad type conversion. If you set the unit to "Auto Format 16/9", the images are distorted even when the signal already arrives as 16/9. There is no way, without distortion for larger image. Not even a simple zoom function is available. To make matters worse, that no longer are available all format adjustments in HD broadcasts. Also, I have no desire but every time you switch to adjust the format again. Unfortunately, the TV does not notice the adjusted scale per transmitter.
The sound quality is reasonable.
