Immaturity, repeatedly broken, full of software bugs, but great picture / Design

The problems with this TV has often been described. Main gripe is the software, which is really very wrong.
Examples:
* Fast switching / zapping causes the TV restarts
* Timeshift works in about 30 - 40% of the cases not or not immediately. Sometimes you can also stop for a few minutes, the TV automatically jumps into the current program. Sometimes the TV is completely frozen, only helps restart, then the aufgenomme on timeshift mission is of course lost.
* There are often hard to recognize connected devices and in particular to give the sound from the external 5.1 receiver again.
* SmartTV functions painfully slow and virtually unusable. Sometimes installed apps are simply uninstalled without warning.
* Regular program interruptions because of TV, an update, but problems with the network has (have several wireless routers, repeaters, Powerline adapter attempts without success, even with the Fritz! Box Top Model 7490, it does not work)
* Channel logos messed up regularly

Poor service:
All errors were reported to the Philips service. It has lots of phone calls and Software Updates lasted until a technician was sent. This has copied the firmware, replaced the system board and wanted to update the software - unfortunately the time available for it software / firmware was older than the previously-played by the support on the device via remote connection. And the previously saved firmware could not install. Now I have a new board with old software.
The problems associated with shift had become less after the exchange, the rest remains the same.
A note to the technician that the bass was booming acknowledged with the message: Yes, there was a loose cable, I've fixed. - After he was gone, but the error occurred again.
Was appalling that the Philips Support knew when I made that installation on the TV and when I had last performed a factory reset. Apparently the TV constantly sends data to Philips without my knowledge or my consent.

Sound Poor:
At first I was thrilled with the rich sound of this small TV. It can produce surprisingly good sound and has an integrated subwoofer that sounds really good. Initially, at least. Now after about 1.5 years of booming bass at every low note. In the meantime, a technician had fixed the problem for about 12 hours. Then it occurred again.

Great image, great Ambilight, great design, many connections, many functions:
The picture is really good, especially in HD via satellite. The DVB-T receiver is worse than my old Samsung, but still acceptable (artifacts). Even 3D works well and without expensive / severe active glasses but with the supplied passive polarized glasses. Ambilight looks great. The design is also great, very narrow margin, very classy.

CONCLUSION:
It could have been an egg-laying Wollmichsau. So many functions combined in a single device. Triple Tuner for all transmission paths available, smart card connector for HD or encrypted channels, time shift and record functions. The all in one great case, with great picture and great sound (first ..). But unfortunately, the software is so bad that it just is not fun. Constantly crashes the box, there is only frustration, especially when Timeshift, when relying on it, and the shipment is then gone at once. Even the exchange of system boards resulted in no improvement. And now is also the subwoofer defective, for the second time.
I would not buy this TV for a second time. NOT RECOMMENDED!
