Grip installed on my 6D, the batteries are recognized and works perfectly. The quality of the grip is necessarily worse than the grip of the machine finishing is not exceptional but it served its purpose fully. Contrary to the opinion of Stéphane somewhat lower, the battery pack of the closure is so hard to open that I made me not too, along with mine makes no noise when I shake it. The grip buttons have the same function as on the unit and works perfectly in my case. The remote control makes the job provided they face the receiver in front of the goal, so perfect to take pictures of themselves, alone (e) or in groups, against its worn by really low to nose I saw say 3m max, and no hope of triggering being behind the camera: - / my wired remote yet so beautiful day in front of her: p
