This Bluetooth receiver has, compared to other models on the market, an optical output, coaxial output type S / PDIF in addition to the conventional analog output.
This is an undeniable advantage, avoiding the analog / digital converters.
By comparing, listening, both types of output, it is undoubtedly the "digital" output wins.
I also did another experiment by connecting the headphone output of the smartphone on the amp, the result is poor.
The Bluetooth connection is good and does not alter the sound source.
Small longer quite friendly, this receiver has an NFC module (near field communication). This allows for recent smartphones to automate the Bluetooth connection. Simply turn on the smartphone app (available on GooglePlay) then approach the smartphone over Bluetooth receiver (max 3 cm) a beep confirms that the link is activated. For those who do not have NFC, Bluetooth initialization is done traditionally and without any problems.
An AC adapter is included but is not universal because its tip is not the conventional USB plug as might have been expected, it is a very fine record (old type Nokia). Yet it is output in 5V 0.2A ...
Two good quality cables are also attached to the receiver.
In conclusion, an excellent product with a low price makes up for its direct digital output (optical or S / PDIF), it is regrettable the charger "not universal"
