Since I already know Plantronics Hands-free from various companies for which I worked, the headsets are known to me as a high quality. I was pleasantly surprised that the shipment contains both the Boom Headset as well as a single-ear hanger device for plugging in your ear.

The audio quality is superb, the volume control and Mute button in the cables are fine.

The described Reviews, ddas was headset too low:
At the 2.5 mm jack is a small button with which the speech volume can be adjusted in 3 steps.
This was set to medium, which quietly arrived in fact the opposite.
Placing them on the highest volume (large dot), everything is fine of course.
