Extension tubes without their own lenses USER to the distance of the lens zoom to the sensor in order to take pictures at shorter distances (macro shooting).

The intermediate rings offered here are tight and free of play to the camera and lens.
All electrical functions for controlling the objective function, ie
contacts give the desired electrical signals from the camera to the lens on.
A malfunction in the display I could not watch.

With my camera and the APSC 18-55mm kit zoom lens (equivalent to 35-85mm circa indication KB) could with all combinations ring (10mm, 16mm, 16mm + 10) Macro shots are taken.
I have focused manually, by changing the distance to the object. True macros with 1: 1 playback on the sensor are not the object without touching accessible by the lens. Maximum were with two rings in combination 1.2: 1 achieved, the distance from the front lens amounted to 0.5cm only. With the 16mm ring alone can work very comfortably with front lens distances from 2.7 to 12.5 cm and a figure of about 1.9 to 3.1: 1

Overall I recommend it, especially considering the price. Five stars from me.
