impossible to transfer data to the PC

I have nothing to say about the recording functions, fine.
By cons, impossible to read data from the hard drive on my pc.
The HDD is not recognized if it was formatted by the recorder.
All we can do is reformat the pc (lose data).
Conversely, even by formatting the SD in FAT32 format, which was not easy,
the recorder does not recognize the format and must reformat so we can use it!
You turn around, none formatting accepting the other.

Also, do not expect service assistance Metronic, which clearly
know nothing about computers and provides no solution.
