Impudence! Zero stars

Am currently looking for a new phone. As S3 users I was naturally focused on the S4. In all reports, there has been prisen as the flagship. All right, I thought. Kannste go wrong with SAMSUNG nix. How well I again looked at the reviews on Amazon. More than one-fifth gave only one star?!?!?! Was`n going on? Read and ..... well, what can I say. From a global corporation simply extremely disappointed! Is handled like this with customers is a Frachheit. No! There is rip off! Then pounding the one for 200 does not go to trial, although now really present a reproducible defect, do not go! Get me simply opt for the reports against Samsung. We are also a few first. Perhaps those responsible remember well, what did you screwed up on PR.
