The headset works and super for themselves, unfortunately I have now but after the second exchange now still insist on a return. Why? It has always been the same error: The headset charges sometime just the battery is no longer on. It only flashes briefly in red, but even after days of connection via USB the battery is charging not a bit more. The first time I had thought that it had just been only a Monday device with a defective battery. Could it happen even once, I understand. The Amazon exchange service is so perfect for such cases.
Then after two weeks use, while Autausch headset: the same error. I had doubted me, and then saw the Plantronics forum that I'm not the only well that has exactly this problem. The forum entries gave the tip to exchange also the charging cable times. No sooner said than done, changed exchange at Amazon, this time the headset and charging cable. And what should I say? This time, after about 4 weeks: mööp, same error. OK, it did not work now ...
Besides, it did not matter where you plug the USB cable. Directly on the supplied USB charger, PC, Mac. If it will not charge, then nowhere. Firmware update has since unfortunately also brought nothing. If you fumbles through time in Plantronics forum you can see that the problem probably will also occur with other models. Troubleshooting is there always the same: sharing. I like the headset looks really, but I now really grab my doubts again about Plantronics.

The Voyager Legend is really great in the ear. Taking the appropriate foam part on the earpiece, the headset then you can easily make the entire working day in the ear. You can feel it after a while no longer really. The headset is also very easy, which is quite subjective to see. When the battery is full, then one has a talk time of about 6 hours.

Call quality on GSM calls is absolutely ok. A bit better is the voice quality on a coupled Fritz! FonApp (iPhone) with activated HD voice. Sound quality coupled with PC / Mac as an audio device is super, if someone should something actually use. The coupling of two devices simultaneously (eg iPhone and Mac) is also possible.

The coupling with the iPhone (4 and 5) works great, and is "rewarded" with an own icon in the status bar of the iPhone. Since even the battery level is displayed. The change within the Bluetooth pairing is incidentally also possible without losing the call. When I sit in the car in mid-conversation with coupled Headset (VW Passat), then takes over the handsfree in the car, the Bluetooth pairing, and I call without interruption in the car. If I go out, and according to distance myself from the car, the headset takes over again. Cool Thing.

A word about the Updater software: puuuh, I can understand why a lot of people have problems with the software. As much emphasis was not placed on the support of other operating systems. Windows must be, and indeed prefer XP, Vista or Win7. Oh, and the Internet Explorer should also not be too topical. On a freshly installed Windows8 computer with IE10 then must first Google Chrome installed, the software (with manually added selected admin rights!), And then the tool itself can be started from the Applications folder (!), As in Windows 8 after Installation is no shortcut or tile found. Now explaining the times someone who does not every day dealing with something. Oh, and the .Net should it be present in an old version. But that settles fortunately on demand almost by itself.
A Mac version is available especially not of the Updater, and for Linux because I need then not even look. Someone, for example, only has a Mac, therefore the language on delivery (English) can not change. This is in fact only with the updater.

I forgive this headset unfortunately (!!) only one star, because it probably has to be a wrong konzeptioniertes device. Either all batteries this device series total waste, or the connection of the charging cable is not sufficiently thought through (external metal contacts that are held by a magnet and a small plastic nipples in position).
