In itself, a good graphics card, but ...

I wanted the NVIDIA Geforce 970 set me originally, but I am at the last minute switched to this card due to incorrect memory information.
The card arrived quickly and packaged well with me, then the first obstacle: the length of the card. The latter I have something underestimated and therefore had to cope fumble something with NEM Seitenschneider my case. Therefore, my advice to future potential buyers to check the length. Then you may save this inconvenience. Ultimately, they fit into it but still and everything seemed to be going.
I have read all the reviews here about this card and as they failed overwhelmingly positive I have the black screen problem that came here sporadically for language, not paid attention. I would, however, prefer to make time because that occurred exactly. In completely random intervals, the screen has been (whether 5 minutes or 5 hours) black and only after rebooting to let the normal state restore.
After several attempts and some research, I have found the solution. Still, I was about to return the card. All that is required, the memory frequency in AMD Catalyst Control Center from 1300MHz to 1250MHz down note. (AMD Catalyst Control Center -> Power -> AMD Overdrive -> Graphics Overdrive Enable - hook purely -> clock services for high-performance storage from 1300 to 1250)
After a week of normal operation I could find no black screens more and the problem would be the end of it and the card is not a complaint.
For more than 300 expensive graphics card, such a stringent procedure and the complications occurring is definitely not 5 star worthy, because such a thing should not happen normally.

Nevertheless, from a performance point keeps the graphics card already delivers what it promises. In games such as Rome 2 or Skyrim I can festellen no jerkiness and the soon coming GTA 5 will probably cope with loose.

In this sense, already a buy recommendation, but at the same time with a warning of possible problems, which probably is not so rare to be, confirming the number of these issues in forums.
