Quick, I get 85-90 MB / s with a Sandisk Extreme Pro SDHC 95MB / s (when everything is plugged into a USB 3.0 port, of course).

Building a little "cheap" for my taste, but in line with most other card readers in this price range, no surprises (good or bad) on that side.

No compatibility issues, recognized by Windows 7 Pro x64.

As usual on such products, the USB cable that connects to the PC is too short if your tower is under the desk, making the use of a USB hub (3.0 to take advantage of the speed) essential. However, the length is perfect for use with laptop.

A small blue light illuminates when the drive is connected to the PC and in working order, it is fortunately not powerful enough to be disturbing, no complaints on that side.
