The case does what it should and is apparently quite safe. The service could be a little more feedback when entering, a display would be good, and if it's just a series of LEDs that indicates how many characters you have entered. If you already builds in the password setting, crap, then the built-in disk is no longer usable in this case. Digitus has confirmed me. The encryption key of the case, not to be confused with the password is, apparently written to the disk in such a way that new partition or delete the disk the code may not be removed. If the panel is to be operated in this case, only when the correct password is entered. Is that no longer known, the panel can only be operated again in other cases (eg without encryption in a single housing). In another case, the encrypted data can not be read but what also is so willed. The mechanism is annoying, but makes sense. Digitus can reset the panel by the way, I have not asked for prices because that does not come into question.
