In principle, the Chromecast has everything you need

Have gained me the Chromecast to see videos from Netflix on my TV. After unpacking I was amazed at how small the unit is. Something I was surprised by the external power supply and have liked that Google would have a USB cable attached in order to ensure the power supply via the TV.
Well, after I joined the unit via HDMI to the TV and also manufactures the power supply via the supplied power cord, came to the wireless device first a software update. Well, ok ... Software Update. Unfortunately I have despite big city not the fastest connection, so I had to wait an hour until being downloaded and installed the update.
Then the device was ready to use and has been shown by all the apps that support Chromecast. The connection is established without a murmur and I can immediately transfer all content to the device.

I was surprised when I looked at a video via Netflix. I clicked on the Netflix app on the Chromecast characters and already the film via Chromecast was playing on my TV. The film ran on, even though I had the app is closed and removed using the multitasking bar of iOS. It seems as if download content from the Internet continues the Chromecast, and regardless of the app. The app functions well only as a control element ?!

I am in total with the Chromecast happy because I can sometimes just be displayed on a larger screen videos, photos, etc., without much bustle and cable installation work.
