I was actually assumed in HDMI (read: digital) to make cables not big mistake if I take a cheaper version. I was, however - at least in this one case! - The opposite conviction. This cable was supposed to improve the picture quality of my Samsung BX2450, of the enclosed DVI> HDMI cable is a miserable picture (blurry, known in the art). Instead came the monitor to nothing, no signal - but then with a relatively more expensive, slightly shorter cable functioned without a hitch. Although now only borrowed, but it works. Whether it is due to better screening or so, I can not judge.
I would by no means generally advise against cheap HDMI cables - that would be nonsense. But in this case, this cable worked just not. And on great return Schick actions I had at 4, - then no desire.
