The plate is first detected under Windows 7/64
As a stability test I copied 500GB data:
Result: Errors occur during data transmission.
This can be seen in the Windows Event Log, here are hundreds of entries in the module disk.
After too many errors, a dialog message comes in the form of "The disk could not be read" and the copying stops.
With a 50cm USB 3.0 cable, however, it works flawlessly.
The cable is externally well verabeitet, but the quality of a stable USB 3.0 SuperSpeed seem insufficient. Presumably, it is up to the cable length of 3m - it may well be that shorter cable of the same type function.
The cable I have exchanged. Now I have a 2m cable from Sharkoon in use - it works without any problems.
