This adapter is not from HDMI to DP but the other way around and is only possible if the DP is an output example from the PC. But I needed an adapter that can send an HDMI output to a monitor with a DP interface. So I can not recommend the purchase, if the applications so as to be my.

The adapter itself can of course not for the Irrefuehrung in the title line of the description and working properly on a PC with DP output. He is also processed with value and keeps well in the socket on the set.
