I got the device on 09/08/14 (Rev. 1413) and immediately tries to Cyclen a new set of 4 AAA GP ReCyko + (0,8Ah). The operation was completed with a battery capacity of 0,4Ah. A repeated unloading and loading showed the same result. It has struck me that switched all charging compartments simultaneously. A capacity test with a charger from another manufacturer confirmed this value and then invited the batteries practically about 0,8Ah.
I have returned the device, thanks to Amazon service again.
