It's amazing what this little thing for a low purchase price makes all. And what opportunities drinstecken that support even more unusual uses. But from the beginning: I had actually purchased the Tablet as a small add-on to my electronic pet collection and less in the expectation, so to be able to really start great things. Not even close! Thanks to Android 4.xx and the Google PlayStore there is a plethora of free programs to all walks of life (which, though all funded through on-screen advertising, but what not interfere in the regulator). Unfortunately, Google does not recognize play the tablet type, so some apps are not installed (not due to the hardware but on the strange Google policy to certify certain devices) .However settled this issue so far always by download from elsewhere resolve. In addition, an alternative app market is installed. To install third-party apps is a program in which an extra tablet available. The computing speed is more than adequate, the operator using the touch screen fluid and easy. Even for rather serious applications (Office software, also free of charge) is sufficient the unit. The media player is impeccable, videos are played in super quality and smoothly, all common formats can be operated. It is perfectly straightforward, connect the device using a small adapter to the HDMI connector on the TV. The quality of playback is really impressive. Small drawback: the connection of the HDMI cable to the tablet screen turns off, but the unit will continue to serve on the touch screen. So you have to then can good guess where that Steuerungsicon could be located. But even here, there's a solution: I have successively Try attaching an external keyboard and an ancient Logitech Wireless trackball connected to the device (just drop via adapter to the Mini-USB port). Both devices were detected immediately and worked uncomplainingly. And the Steuereung trackball is easy as usual even when the screen. Mobile Internet access in the form of Tchibo sticks I have done me. Also works perfectly straightforward, the stick (Huawei, a list of compatible sticks there at Odys, and those are for the model plentiful many) was immediately recognized, enter the code of the SIM card, and already is the thing on the Internet. If you do not constantly surfing, but the device just lying somewhere and can notify 2 times per hour via email input (and actually even pure reading) extends the battery loose for a whole day. The two downer that has struck me so far, are the modest speakers and the topic camera. The speakers are both fairly quiet and sonically unacceptable. But this is likely to be due to design ... I do not know where to accommodate in such a small, flat housing more powerful speaker. The camera is good certainly for video calling (Skype or similar), but not for more. So far I have only one application (the supplied camera app) that can access the camera. For all (so far tried out) other applications, the camera is locked. Why you have not installed a second camera on the back of the device in order to take pictures, or even read barcodes is beyond me. The Euro 5, which would have made the device more expensive I would have gladly paid. Overall rating: excellent for the price! This diversity of uses and the quality I would never have dared to expect. many thanks to Odys.
