The G4 bulbs I need for indirect lighting in the living room. So you should not be used as a primary light source, rather than cozy lighting while watching TV. So I have a few more versions G4 and a 12V DC 1A power supply ordered me. The whole connected to speaker cables and wire nuts ... and you're done.
I have installed five LEDs and thought that the light output should be sufficient so, but when I first turned on once the light I was dazzled ... The lights are as bright as normal 20 watt halogen lamps (5x 20Watt = 100Watt light output) and have a pleasant mood light. For my purpose so these 2 LEDs are entirely sufficient.
The LEDs in my past 4 months and have almost every night for several hours.
I can understand the negative reviews here so do not understand. Use the correct power supply and there is no problem with the LEDs.
So get a 12V DC power supply (1A is enough for 8 LEDs, 16 LEDs for 2A).
