Unfortunately, with a non-matching for Germany plug on the power cord. But, what a coincidence, the power cord of an old printer fit as made for it. Who ordered this device but as I want to save 8 or 9 euros, should an old printer cable have left.
The charging quality is very good, because my load at amazon purchased salmon-colored Li-Ion Samsung cell with 18650 2600mAh (flat positive terminal) to exactly 4.2V. This in turn I use for all my Cree LED flashlights that require a battery.
