Have now decided for the green, the red was great, but too strong for "reverse butterflys". This will serve me to warm up the deeper muscles of strength training, particularly my tendons, rotator cuff and middle back or shoulder blades, since I was suffering from an ACG osteoarthritis, caused by the impingement syndrome. Have there been done with a resistance band, which has now expanded and the verge of me = to buckle in the face). The Tube I can only recommend for or against the weight training or for in between. Since I'm doing this Warmup with div. Belts and tubes, I can a few weights draufpacken more and am now back at z. B. scarce 90 kilos incline bench ...
The Tube is my opinion purely processed by optical very good and if you have chosen the correct strength, highly recommended. It also makes a very distinct impression you immediately forget the feeling that something equal returns or rips =). I'll take the next few days with the training and full testing. If in the near future nothing negative result, as I remain in my previous review.
