So at this point I really need two things really recognize as exemplary: The apparent constant monitoring of customer reactions and the rapid response to potential problems. The company has really very helpful and a replacement caused by itself - with the offering, together with my phone go through the installation to identify the problems. Honestly, this is service, as customers may want it for! As so many other company can take an example of it.
Now I can not try all the new cartridges, as we have since replaced all but two cartridges with new (original) cartridges. So I could from the replacement only try two color cartridges, however, who turned out to be easily operable. Maybe we really only had bad luck with the first delivery - this we have now returned, so that the manufacturer might the problem comes here on the ropes.
Bottom line now so four stars instead of previously only one star. The fifth there, even though the other cartridges have been successfully tested.
At this point again thank you to the service! Keep it up!

2 of 5 cartridges are not only recognized by the printer (Canon MG6350) and the remaining three gave an extremely poor print image. Clear the cartridges are much cheaper than the originals - at first glance.
