Very disappointing, contrary to the original order 2x 9V Duracell Plus only 1 9V block was delivered, and then not even the promised Duracell Plus but a cheaper Duracell! Call was despite repeated nobody trying to achieve. This is not a service and not according to the purchase agreement.
