I opted for this battery because the original spare parts from Panasonic will cost more than double. After the fast delivery, I have charged the battery pack immediately to the charger the camera, which worked perfectly. The battery fits perfectly into my FZ-100 and it wobbles nothing. I will indeed use it only as a backup battery, as known as the battery indicator does not work by the lack of chip, but it is a cheap and good alternative.
