Internet connection breaks in part on - sound volume strange

I call my own already a Fire TV Box and thus am very satisfied, I ordered unceremoniously the stick for the study.
The stick offers the somewhat inferior hardware - but as I eh no games on the part of games did not matter to me.
The stick came in time for publication day - immediately unpacked and connected.

The enclosed remote control is not so valent, such as those of the Fire Box, it also offers no voice search, which was aware. Yet it is adequate.

The first disappointment came after the establishment. The stick lurches noticeably slower than the Box - well good. for it cost me only 1 / 5ths. And as long as the video is running first it does not matter.

The 2nd disillusionment came when film look. No matter what film which series I select: The music is condemned while Spoken loud very very quiet. The result is that you get problems either in effect noises with his eardrum, must be located in a dead-quiet room, or in the worst case, that the spoken is barely recognizable because zulauter music.
Unfortunately, this is both the television speakers, as well as a Soundbar the case.
