iPad Mini 2 will not load

The cable appears to be no original Apple cable. The Lightning connector looks worse processed. The plate on the plug is spotty and the small pins sit slightly askew (you have very look closely) as compared to the original, short cable, which was with the iPad mini 2 here. The real problem is that the iPad mini 2 does not charge the battery with this cable. When plugging shortly come charging display that then but directly from the text "not charging" will be replaced.
